• The TE5 air cap is the High Efficiency atomization option for the PROLite S (and its predecessor, SRI ProLite) gravity-feed spray gun. It delivers efficient coverage with lower air consumption—ideal for both basecoats and clearcoats

• Key performance specs:

  • Air consumption: ~100 L/min (3.5 scfm)

  • Recommended inlet pressure: ~29 psi (2.0 bar)

  • Fan pattern width: approximately 180 mm (7.1 in.) at proper distance

  • Compatible nozzle sizes: 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm

  • For comparison, the HV5 cap (HVLP style) draws more air (~135 L/min), while TE5 is more efficient, matching performance with better material transfer
