Sagola presents its new line X 4100 Series specific for the industrial painting sector. We maintain all the quality standards of its predecessor the 4100 and incorporate new aspects that make it the perfect tool for work with very high demands in terms of quality of finish, robustness and ergonomics for continuous work.

Ideal for painting large surfaces with an extreme finish in sectors such as: automobile, industrial vehicles and all types of industrial machinery.

New body design, lighter and more ergonomic, in forged and anodized aluminium. Of maximum durability and minimum maintenance.

Versatile – one gun does it all

You can use any aircap with any nozzle. So if you need to increase your nozzle size, simply change your nozzle and keep your aircap. You can also change your aircap and keep your nozzle.

Turn your Sagola X 4100 into a HVLP spray gun simply by changing the aircap. Unique in the market.

Smaller, lighter and easier to use

To reduce operator fatigue and improve usability, the size and weight of the new Sagola X 4100 has been reduced, compared to the old design and the centre of gravity altered to make it more comfortable.

Metal on metal contact

No gaskets, rubber or plastic parts on the product area. Designed without air diffusers. Extremely easy to maintain and clean.

Each Sagola X 4100 is supplied with:

• Aircap, needle & nozzle kit (supplied fitted)
• 650ml (22fl oz) reusable plastic gravity cup
• Wrench for removing and fitting the nozzle and all servicing needs
• Cleaning brush
• Key assembly for changing the air valve
