Description
DVX Manual Guns
Next Level Design To Maximize Next Level Performance
The new Binks DVX series revolutionizes air spray guns thanks to an innovative redesign of the fluid body and air caps โ allowing us to mitigate turbulence that occurs between the paint and air when the trigger is pulled. The result is higher flow rates for fast application, higher transfer efficiency to reduce material use, the most consistent pattern on the market, and the best spray finish quality ever. Binks DVX air spray guns excel at low pressure air spray applications of liquid coatings including waterborne and solventborne, high solid urethanes, epoxies.
Trigger Redesign
Innovative design removes sideways and rotary play from the trigger action while maintaining an exceptionally smooth pull.
Reconfigured Air Adjusting Valve
Air inlet and air-adjusting valve are combined into a single โco-axialโ component, placed ergonomically for comfort. 12x sensitivity allows precise air control adjustments and smooth airflow through the spray gun.
Best Air Spray Finish Quality
- Turbulence Control maximizes flow rateย efficiency and precision
- Reduces orange peel and mottling
- The most consistent pattern on the market
Faster Application
- Large, consistent pattern for fewer passes
- The air cap orientation lock allows for more spray time
- Easy to install, clean, maintain, and repair
- Fewer parts and part numbers
Higher Transfer Effciency
- Reduces material use compared to otherย non-electrostatic spray applications
- Works at both low and high inlet air pressures
- Sprays at 2 bar, reducing air consumption
- Features HVLP PLUS aircaps, capable of handlingย a range of materials across three pressure air capsย and two gravity air caps
Hardened Fluid Tip & Needle โ Why It Matters
-
The โhardenedโ fluid tip / needle version of the DVX uses durable, wear-resistant materials. This is especially useful if you spray aggressive or abrasive coatings (fillers, primers, thick materials, fibre-reinforced coatings, etc.). Without hardening, standard steel/nozzle parts may wear quickly under abrasive or solvent-heavy use.
-
Because the tip and needle last longer and resist wear, you get consistent spray performance over time โ more stable fluid flow, reliable atomization, and less risk of defects caused by worn or uneven internal parts.
-
As a pressure-feed gun, DVX with a hardened fluid tip/needle gives you the flexibility to handle both low-viscosity finishes and thicker materials (e.g. primers, high-solid coatings, fillers), depending on which fluid tip size you choose.
