Description

The S2 air cap is one of three available for the DV1S Smart/Spot Repair Spray Gun:

• It delivers classic HVLP performance—a full HVLP-style cap with robust airflow and pattern control

• Recommended inlet pressure: approximately 2.0 bar (29 psi)

• Air consumption around 130 L/min (4.6 scfm)

• Fan pattern size is approximately 180 mm (7.1 inches)

• Fluid flow range matches S1: between 5–125 g/min

Relative to the S1 variant, the S2 trades a slightly smaller pattern (180 mm vs. 200 mm) for a higher airflow rate—ideal for applying larger quantities or water‑based coatings.
